Pastoral Search Committee
The Search Committee would like to take this opportunity to thank Pastors Aaron and Erica for the leadership that they have provided to date. We have been blessed to have survived COVID-19 and now start the process of growth and rebuilding.
At the last business meeting you voted that BBC would add two new positions to the staff at BBC. The Assoc Pastor of Youth and Young Families and the Assoc Pastor of Visitation were positions that the church had for many years but during COVID the positions became vacant. Your feedback in May was that it was time to fill these positions again in order to meet the growing needs of our congregation.
The only confidence we have in our success is our faith and trust in God’s sovereignty over His church. By faith, we trust that God has already prepared the next Associate Pastor of Visitation and Associate Pastor of Youth and Young Families. We will be using this webpage to provide the church with an update on the Search Committee activity and current status.
Please pray with us! Pray that we would find the people that God has already planned for BBC. Pray that those candidates would see the posting or hear about the positions. Pray that we at BBC would be ready to receive these candidates.
